Bao Nguyen brings over 25 years of expertise in networking, systems architecture, and healthcare informatics. In 1995, he co-founded BIT–Berkeley Information and Technologies, a contract research organization specializing in large-scale public health and clinical trial data management for leading institutions such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), University of California San Francisco, University of California Berkeley, Kaiser Permanente and various biotechnology companies. He later served as Senior Director of Information Technology and Clinical Data Management at OneWorld Health, the world's first non-profit pharmaceutical company, and subsequently at Medicines360. His work with pioneering non-profit pharmaceutical organizations inspired his return to Vietnam, where he launched collaborative projects aimed at advancing healthcare research and strengthening urban infrastructure.

Quy Thi (Quinn)

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Quy Thi brings over 20 years of expertise in software outsourcing and development across banking, insurance, hospitality, logistics, finance, digital marketing, and startups. He has collaborated with global brands including Experian, Suntory, Heineken, Shiseido, VISA, and Prudential. Certified as an IBM Professional Data Scientist and AWS Professional Cloud Solutions Architect, he combines deep technical knowledge with strategic business acumen. His background spans digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives across PropTech, FinTech, and entertainment. Today, he focuses on guiding business growth, shaping technology strategy with clients, and ensuring the delivery of impactful, scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Sheran Gunasekera

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Sheran Gunasekera brings over 20 years of experience in software development and cybersecurity, launching infrastructure across sectors such as e-commerce, telecommunications, banking, oil & gas, and real estate throughout the Middle East and Asia. He has published two books on cybersecurity and led major technology initiatives regionwide. He served as founding CTO of Grab, helping shape its secure and scalable architecture during its rise as a major Super App. Today, he drives innovation, system reliability, and technical excellence to support successful delivery across client projects.

Gene Yamamoto, JD, MBA

General Counsel

Mr. Yamamoto is the founder of the Law Offices of Eugene K. Yamamoto. He was previously a partner at Landels, Ripley and Diamond, a law firm in San Francisco, California, and later a partner at Crosby, Heafey, Roach and May in Oakland, California. He also served as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Law. During his career he has represented many Fortune 500 corporations and start-up companies. Mr. Yamamoto has served on many boards of directors of private companies as well as charitable organizations. He received his BA and MBA from Loyola Marymount University and his JD from Hastings College of the Law.
